hi my son is having rashes on stomach and back from yesterday. Is this chicken pox or small pox or just a skin allergy. he is active.

A. Looking like an allergy only this is not looking like chickenpox or small box because they come out like a pimple on the body so it is neither of them you can check with your doctor for clarity right now I advise you to apply lotion regularly on the affected area
