Hello doctor my baby girl is 1 year old. she is having small pox on her whole body. I don't know whether it is chicken pox or some type of skin rashes. I attached a picture with it . kindly give the suggestion

request you to repost the question again with the attachment as the doctors panel and the team of fellow moms can help you with answer..
consult the doctors as observation is needed..
you can apply lacto calamine lotion on the rashes..
