Q.
Hi My son is 9 months old. He got cold and cough since a week now.. I have been giving him TMinic drops 0.6ml every 8 hours.. I dont find his cold has reduced.. I also steam him thrice a day.. Pls advice.

For mild cough and cold only home remedy is enough like steam inhalation and keeping the room warm . For nasal blockage nasoclear nasal drop 2 drops and if severe then nasovion pediatric nasal drop 2 drop . Both can be used 3 times a day .
