hi my son is 3 years old.. he is vomiting from morning the time he woke up today he is vomiting everything whatever he eats.. he is active and no other issues.. is it something to worry.. I have given him domstal syrup..

A. Hello Mom could be indigestion , avoid feeding him. If he isn’t willing to , currently it’s important to keep him hydrated with fluids now . So coconut water , ORS , fresh fruit juice or water , etc can be given but as much he can take comfortably . As you have given the medication should get better but even if he is vomiting fluid too them take him to the doctor
