hi, my son. is vomiting whatever he eats from morning.. he is not. showing any interest to have food..

Hello ma’am If the child is vomiting every time after eating you cannot expect your child to be interested in eating after that because obviously your child is too much trouble with vomiting and all so as of now it would be advisable for you to just talk to your doctor over the phone and start with a medicine which will help in settling down the stomach issues and after that only a child can eat well. Mostly it is due to indigestion or reflux in the stomach
