Hi . My son is 11 monts old and he is not doing potty regularly and also there is some rashes and cut near his anus please suggest ?

A. good evening it is possible that baby might be suffering from stomach infection because having constipation is common with small children but he should not be having any kind of cuts near the rectum that indicates the existence of infection
