hi.. my mensus cycle post second kid is 24-28 days. I usually have severe PMS and good bleeding in first 3 days... this time too my PMS was same and I got my periods in 25 days.. but literally no bleeding on day 1... which is very unusual... can someone help? am I anemic? I ate a lot of uncooked rice last month due to stress... I'm afraid I'm anemic

A. Hi dear mom Periods for less than a day is not normal. Some underlying health related issues are there. Consult ur gynaecologist for the same as she will guide you better. Take care
