Q.

I am 39 years old. I had normal 26-28 days menstrual cycle. but last cycle was of 30 days cycle and bleeding lasted for 9 days, though small amount. normally it doesn't last for more than 5 days. This cycle is if 24 days and no clot is passing. Even I am unable to feel bleeding per vaginum. Is it normal or something else? I want any doctors opinion

A. Since your age is 39 years it may be due to pre - menopausal stage so nothing to worry about and just take care to have proper nutritious diet and have regular daily walking to maintain good health
