hi my gal baby four months old c section when can start house hold work ...and lifting cooker and bending ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, yes you can do simple n light house hold work, may lift cooker or anything that is light than your baby. you should bend with your knees not from waist.

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi parent Three months after c section : complete rest after it , you may start your little chores but don't lift , carry , bend or stretch . fter six months consult your gynecologist and confirm if you are fit enough and your stitches are healed
