hi , my daughter is 7 months old. i have introduced cerelac (wheat apple carrot) to her diet and sometimes fruit purees and water. she normally poops twice a day ( morning &evening). But yesterday i introduced another flavor of cerelac that was mango rice milk. she has pooped 4 times today , that too , watery like motions. what could be the reason? should i give her ajwain water? what medication should be given ? Also , her lips have been chapped , what should be done for that ?
