Q.

Hi,my daughter is 2yr old and she is weighing only 9.3 kg.Relatives are criticising by her wt..But she is quite active and learning everything ASAP..Any one recommend for weight gaining...??

A. Hi Your baby is healthy. don't worry about the weight. encourage child to healthy only home cooked foods for the baby. Add calric dense foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts, cashews, dates, banana, chickoo, peanuts, til seeds, coconut in baby's recipes for Healthy weight gain
