Hello ma’am Being upset is not going to help you you have to work on a balanced and nutritious diet for your child so basically as of now my advice to you would be to consult a nutritionist because that way you like please come to know what all do you need to provide to your child at one point of time and how you should be giving it for maximum consumption in the body
