Hello, I am 27 years old girl and my weight is just 43Kg. Please suggest my healthy diet so that I can put on my weight ( Upto 50Kg).

A. regarding good growth you should do a proper balance diet with all kinds of nutrients called green hgvegetables fruits and dairy products you can also give some multcivitamin like syp bevon 5 ml for 1mth

I’ll tell you first you should get yourself tested for thyroid because you’re actually quite underweight second you should consult a nutrition expert they may have to run some test or scan and accordingly they can help you with a proper diet plan and supplements which are going to help out better weight
