my son is 7 yrs old and his weight is 40 so he over weight? so what can I do for his healthy health and what I give to diet.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello yes your child's weight seems to be more and it would be better to give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also give your a well balanced food in the diet and you should avoid junk food in the diet which is not good for the growth of your child
