my child have 10year old (boy)..his body weight 50kg ....how to control it?

A. Hi Engage child in outdoor activities like swimming, football cycling skipping, jumping dancing daily for atleast an hour Limit screen time A kid sugar. sweets. fried, bakery, packaged foods. Make child eat frequently but small servings. give lot of salads, Butter milk, lemon juice, Sprout, curd. egg whites, pulses
