Hello.. Doctor My daughter weight is 12 kg and she is 4 years old.. could you pls suggest some healthy diet so she can put weight.. thank u

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. feed more energy foods.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

Hi Mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
