My Kid is vegetarian. her weight is 12 kg. can you suggest a healthy diet plan for her.

A. dear parent, for your 3 years 6 months old kid, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets - 3 to 4 servings pulses and legumes: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of processed and packaged foods.
