Q.

Hi... my baby vomits a lot but she's having steady weight gain and pees and poops normally. when I asked to a nearby pediatrician she said that the baby seems normal and nothing to worry about and all she has is gas problem. she advised me to have garlic, pepper and jeera. yet I'm worried because I feel that my baby vomits everything she intakes. I'm burping her everytime after feeding. I'm following everything the pediatrician said. now I don't know what else to do. please guide me

A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced dd diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.
