hi my baby is going to complete his 4th month. from past 2 days is being silent like he is laughing, crying and cooing also but not much as in the previous month's. is this normal

A. Yes, this is normal not to worry. After four month baby will try to move one place to other place, keeping play items and other talking toys in and around towards baby side can move one place to other place.
