#AskTheExpert My baby is not sleeping starting from 3AM till now today. she is taking feed. she is active and seeing around laughing and cooing. how can I make her to sleep?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. that's happens sometimes. Make sure to feed your baby in an environment where there are no distractions. Full feedings during the day and just before bed can help prevent your baby from getting hungry in the middle of the night.
Keep the room as dark if possible . dooth her with playing white noise

play some soothing music as baby is sleeping
it takes time to develop the day and night sleeping patterns
