my baby is 17 months old and she sleep for an hour in afternoon. After dinner we make her sleep around 10.30 but she wake up around 3am and then 5.30am. I feel she is nit having complete sleeping hours. pls suggest

A. to help the baby have sound sleep give a good massage for baby.. play some soothing soft music as baby is sleeping ensure baby is full before bed ... take care..
