my baby is 10 mnth old he is getting fever only night around 2 o'clock but is being active what l have to do

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can cgbe again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can alcso do cold sponging of the body if required
