Q.

Hi, My baby is getting fever from yesterday. its coming and going. He is having cold also. I am using paracetmol syrup. I am very afraid of it. please let me know the fever is common or not. and how to reduce it.

A. the baby is 1 year 4 months of age if the baby is having both fever and fault you can you febrex plus syrup to the baby 5ml 3 times a day
