Q.

Hi... my baby is 9 months old and on mother's feed m giving him 3 meals a day.. during pregnancy n till now I had only sendha salt n sea salt no white iodized salt.. Hope it's ok for my baby's growth? because he is not taking salt n sugar in his food.

A. Dear mum, it’s ok for your baby’s growth. Salt should be introduced to your baby only after 1 year. As a breastfeeding mother, you can have salt, it does not affect your baby.
