Hi my baby is 6months now i started solids,Bt i have one doubt which Rice is best for babies?Raw rice? Or boiled rice ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom you can use any of the rice types but make sure it is softly cooked as well for them and slightly mashed manually avoid to make it in a puree form
