Q.
Hi My baby is 3 month 15 days old now. Can we start her body massage ? If yes , which body oil is prescribed ?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Yes you can start massaging the baby and use Dabur Lal tail or almond oil for massage of the baby and be gentle while massaging the baby and use mild skin care baby products

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes you can start your baby massage on daily basis and also you can use almond oil and olive oil for baby massage and in summer you can also use coconut oil too.
