Hi my baby is 1year 3month old..she is 9.65kg she is refusing her meals a lot..how to make her eat am so worried..she is not drinking water she just starts to play with water all the time..I used to prepare different foods while refusing but she spill everything and play.very stressed out

some times it is a good idea to give them foods from your plate as well, as now from the age of 1 onwards all usual family foods can be given to them
