SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. Better to give as fruits only else it can beocome a habit and they will avoid in future too. Explain them the benefits what happens to skin body like this. Else you can give as milkshakes, you can make some jam out of it too.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. That's good. Yea you may give fruits like apple, banana, avocado chicko, pear, veggies like carrot Potato, beetroot, sweet potato brocoli, bottle gourd all these are healthy. Include a veggie and fruit in everyday diet.
