A. Hello, your baby boy is 11 months old and he is drooling very much so mostly either he is having mouth ulcers or glossitis so give him syrup Zincovit 3 ml twice a day for three weeks

A. Hi mom Saliva coming out of mouth is the sign of teething. This is is a natural process. Just clean the mouth area with soft cotton cloth to avoid rashes and cold. Take care
