give indirect steam inhalation..
use nasal drop as Nasoclear saline drops or Nasivion drops..
apply luke warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time..
consult the doctor for medicine.. as any medicine should be given on your pediatric advice after observation..
