also try giving fruits and fruit juices as they are also loaded with nutrients

Why do you have to give packaged food to the child please go ahead with porridge khichadi mashed fruits you can go for all kind of vegetable purees sup you can make different items out of Suji like Halwa Kheer Upma and whatnot can you think of so please try to stick to natural stuff
