hi... my baby boy is a prematured baby born on the 33rd week.. And now he is 11 months old.. but still he didn't get even his first tooth.. can someone help me with this??

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. it is OK some kids get their teeth a little late you came with the age of 18 months for the first tooth to erupt in your baby's mouth there is absolutely nothing to worry about but visit a dentist for routine examination which is must once your child turns one year of age
