Q.

my is 6 months old.. he was born on 33rd week.. his weight is 6.65 kg. pls tell me diet chart for him

A. Hello mom first would suggest to introduce the baby to liquids and then gradually move to semi solids and mashed foods . You can start with one food at a time and then gradually increase the quantity and variety and number of meals as well . Alternate it with your feed . You can give steamed vegetable or soups , fresh fruit juices or pulp , porridge made with ragi or multigrain mix or kichidi etc

A. hi once a child become 6 months old ,you can start with liquid diet like dal Pani, rice water which is easy to digest. initially ,you can serve this for once in a day. then gradually you can add variety of food items in your child diet. gradually increase the consistency and quantity of food.
