You just mentioned that the baby was pretty mature but you haven’t mentioned what was the birthdate of the child okay so for a full-time child minimum gain of 500 g in a month considered healthy for a premature child minimum is 350 g if the child can pull up or more than that so this is the basic of the childhood maintain
