Hi my baby boy is 13 months old . He had a fever last 3 days . He doesn’t drink my breast milk at that time .so I consulted my pediatrician and he said that do a abdominal scan and result was like mild periportal echogenicity is noted likely pyemia , he said everything was fine .can u please tell me what it is
