A. Now that your little one is 13 months old, cow's milk should be a regular part of her diet. You can offer 16 to 24 ounces of either whole or 2 percent milk; check with your healthcare provider if you're unsure which kind is best for your child. Be sure you're giving the milk in a cup rather than a bottle.
