hi my 9 months babies are suffering with cold .please can you suggest any food intake for them during this phase.

Look there is no diet for this thing you should give everything that your child likes to what you need to avoid is giving anything which is called in nature nature so rest you can give whatever to the child and don’t give anything refrigerated to the child rest you can give whatever your child is comfortable eating in
