hi muje puchna tha ki kya sirf 1 ghante ki walk se hum apna post pregnancy weight kam kr sakte h, mai working lady hu ghar or office k kam ki wajah se muje jayada time nhi mil pata isliye tjo bhi tme milta h mai walk hi krti hu

A. dear mom do cardio like spot jogging, dancing, jumping, suryanamskar, walks cam do alternative types of exercises. also eat wisely have good protiens in your diet and avoid high calorie foods
