Ur Challenge is 15 days old you’ve just got a delivery done and your child is completely dependent on you so if you ask me personally I would not recommend you to go for it right now you should go out after 7 to 8 months of age and if you are interested then you can go ahead but if you suffered with any side-effects always remember the fact that your child is also going to suffer which is why I am not advising you to go right now
