hi mam, my son is 3 months old, hes been suffering from caugh and cold from past 3 dys. he is been using maxtra drops from tuesday but hez still not yet recovered. please suggest

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. cold is usually a viral infection gin which you need to give ascoril flu to the baby and give frequent steam inhalation as well as put naso mist into the nose multiple timesphysical examination is required to suggest any medicine for cough any nebulisation is given only if indicated for now you can give brozeet-ls in case of wet cough
