Q.

Hi Mam, My baby is 5 months14 days old. My breast milk supply got reduced completely. suggest me something to overcome this condition

A. hello you can take lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help increase the milk secretion and you can take infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug as an alternative
