hello, i had good milk supply, due to C section, I had pain and it was not completely healed, doctor suggested antibiotics for 5 days. after taking antibiotics my milk supply has completely reduced. I am not sure what can help. I have been taking alot of suppliment for lactation but not having enough milk supply!

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Consult a lactation specialist. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Good luck and take care
