Don’t store or buy junk. Have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk or milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle. Exercises like abdominal crunches, pelvic tilts helps to tone the stomach muscles.
