Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello since you are a breastfeeding mum it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too as you cannot take any medication without checking your doctor
