Hi mam After delivery my hair is too much loss what to do please advise me which shampoo and oil I use

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, it is a temporary problem post delivery. have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hair. Always oil the hair and then leave for half an hour and then take head bath. Use mild shampoo. Repeat this once in a week. Use lukewarm water to take head bath always. Avoid too much of hot water.
