lots of hair loss and thinningof hair with pcod can anyone suggest me Any oil or Shampoo?

A. Hai good evening !! Harmonal imbalance cause hair loss. To overcome this have protein ,calcium,iron rich foods. Fruits,vegetables,leafy vegetables,nuts & seeds powder egg,fish ,meat in regular diet. Use castor oil (mix castor oil ,coconut oil 1:1 ratio) it helps in controlling hair fall. Avoid chemical based shampoo. Onion oil ,amla oil ,hair packs like fenugreek seeds pack, hibiscus leaves,flowers pack,egg pack every week helps in controlling hairfall ,helps in hair growth.
