hi m in my 9th wk of my pregnancy. I faced period like painful cramps in my lower abdomen. from very first day. that time doc. said only ultrasound will tell whats the problem.. n I have done my first ultrasound in 7 wk which was normal as baby is in uterus and heartbeat was also came... anyone who faced same thing.. please help me to understand why I feel dis painful cramps in lower abdomen which goes to inner thighs n pelvic area... please help
