hi...m 16 week pregnant....I feel bubbling in my stomach...is it baby movements or sum other thing?

Others describe it as a bumping or nudging, a twitch, a growling stomach or a bubble bursting. Some first-time mothers mistake the first sensations of fetal movement for a gas bubble.
