Hi just wanted to know by baby girl will complete 6 months on this month of 4th. So my query is can I take adrak or elachi while I make tea. Does it effect my baby ?

A. Yes off course you can add adrak and elachi in tea no problem at all while breast feeding the baby and now as your baby completed six months you can start with semi solids and liquids for the baby
