Hi, It has been 3 months since my c - section ! Can I eat outside food? Can I eat panipuri, noodles etc

A. Namaste Mom Yes you may have but have in limits and make sure the source is from a better and hygienic place , avoid for some months on regular basis and ask them to avoid use of MSG

A. no, you should eat healthy for recovery. and also if u r breastfeeding mother eat simple and healthy food . like daliya, milk, veggies, chilla and all.
